Ms Amal brings over 20 years of educational experience to RMIS, having served as an Assistant and Acting Principal within international school systems in Muscat, alongside leadership roles in curriculum development with the Ministry of Education. Her deep understanding of local Omani regulatory frameworks and international standards ensures a high-quality, holistic learning environment tailored to our community.

Ms Caroline is a highly experienced education leader with over twenty-eight (28) years of professional experience in international education, including seventeen (17) years of service in the Sultanate of Oman. She has successfully held senior leadership positions, including Principal, Assistant Principal, and Academic Head, across diverse international educational institutions. Her deep understanding of the Omani educational landscape, combined with her international experience, enables her to effectively support school improvement, academic achievement, and organisational growth.

Ms Pari Bahri has over 15 years of experience in education and more than 8 years of leadership experience in IB PYP. She brings extensive expertise in curriculum leadership and inquiry-based learning, with a strong commitment to creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
Mr Yousuf Harasi
Mr Yousuf Harasi
Holding a BA in Accounting and Administration, Mr. Yousuf brings over 22 years of experience in finance, administration, and corporate management. He currently serves as School Business Manager at Ruwad Muscat. Previously, he held senior roles including Executive Manager at Alruwad International Education Service and Deputy Head of Accounts & Finance at Al Madina Investment. His expertise covers budgeting, financial control, human resources, project management, procurement, and corporate governance. He leads all business and operational functions, ensuring strong financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and effective support for the school’s strategic goals and educational vision.
