Ms Caroline is a highly experienced education leader who has served twenty-eight (28) years in international education where she served for seventeen (17) years in the Sultanate of Oman. She has been highly effective in senior leadership roles such as Principal, Assistant Principal and Academic Head in a variety of international educational institutions. Her extensive knowledge of the Omani educational context, together with her international experience, allow her to contribute to the improvement of schools, achievement and organisational development.

With over 15 years of experience in the education sector and 8 years in leadership roles within the IB PYP framework, Ms Pari Bahri has had impressive accomplishments in the field of education. She is especially skilled in the area of curriculum development and inquiry-based learning while remaining dedicated to ensuring that children are in an environment that supports their learning and growth.
Mr Yousuf Harasi
Mr Yousuf Harasi
Mr. Yousuf, who holds B.A in Accounting and Administration, has more than 22 years of expertise in finance, administration, and corporate management. At present, he is working as School Business Manager at Ruwad Muscat. Before this role, he had several senior roles like Executive Manager at Alruwad International Education Service and Deputy Head of Accounts and Finance at Al Madina Investment. He has experience in preparing budgets, control finances, management of human resources, project management, procurement, and corporate governance. He is responsible for leading all business and operational functions for financing in the proper way, compliance with the regulations, and effective realisation of the school’s objectives.
